Guidelines of the Abstract
Presentation Types:
You can submit abstracts for the following presentation formats:
- Oral Presentation
- E-Poster Presentation
Submission Guidelines:
- Abstracts must be submitted online through the conference website; email submissions won’t be accepted.
- Make sure to submit your abstract by the announced deadline; late submissions won’t be considered.
- While one person can submit multiple abstracts, they can serve as a presenting author for up to 2 abstracts.
- Presenting authors must be registered participants, and their submission email should match their registration email.
Publication:
- Accepted abstracts will be published in the conference program, mobile app, and on the conference website.
- Additionally, they will appear in a special issue of the Abstract book of 43rd Padcon 2024.
Guidelines for Abstract Submission:
Before You Begin, Prepare the following information:
- Presenting author’s contact details (name, email, Institution, phone number)
- Author and co-authors’ details
- Font: Font should be Times new roman / Calibri and size should be 10
- Preferred presentation type (oral, e-poster)
- Abstract title (in UPPER CASE, limited to 25 words)
- Abstract text (limited to 300 words, including acknowledgments)
- Table or image (optional, with specific size and format requirements)
Abstract Structure:
The abstract must be structured into the following sections:
- Title
- Objectives
- Methodology
- Results
- Conclusions
- Keywords
